Getting paid for ticket sales
How card payments reach your bank.
Where: Settings → Ticket payments
By default TheatreOps Pro takes card payments for you and pays out to your bank. You can request to use your own card payment account instead.
Step by step

Choose
Select 'Use my own account' and enter the email for the account holder.

Request
Press Request connection. We email a secure link.
- 3
Finish
Complete the card provider's form. The status changes to Connected once approved.
Signed in? Find this in your workspace under Settings → Ticket payments.
