TheatreOps Pro runs theatreops.com. Contact us at hello@theatreops.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we store your name, email, venue and message so we can reply. When you buy a plan we store your login email and venue details to run your account; card payments are handled by Stripe.

Advertising cookies (Google Ads)

We advertise on Google. With your permission, Google Ads (Google LLC) sets cookies and receives details of your visit — such as the advert you clicked, pages viewed, and whether you sent an enquiry or bought a plan — so we can measure which adverts work and improve how they are shown. We do not send your name or email to Google.

In the UK, EU, Switzerland and Quebec these cookies only run after you click Accept. Elsewhere they run by default and you can switch them off at any time.

Changing your choice

You can accept or reject advertising cookies whenever you like. We keep a record of your choice and when you made it on your device.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@theatreops.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
