What your bar team gets

Fast interval sales

Big tap targets and a running basket built for a twenty-minute rush.

Live stock levels

Stock drops with every sale and returns on a void, so counts stay honest.

Producer merchandise

Merch sales are credited to the visiting producer, less your venue's share.

Per-show takings

Bar income is added to each performance for show reports and settlements.

Any tablet or phone

Runs in the browser: no till hardware or extra software to buy.

Staff logins

Give bar staff till access without opening up the rest of your admin.

Questions about bar and merch tills

Do I need a separate bar till system?

No. TheatreOps Pro includes a bar and merchandise till that staff run from a tablet or phone browser, so there is no separate till subscription to pay for.

Does the till track stock?

Yes, if you want it to. Enter quantities when deliveries arrive and stock goes down automatically with every sale. Voided sales put stock back, and the till stops selling an item once it runs out.

Can I sell a visiting producer's merchandise?

Yes. Link merchandise to a production and sales are credited to the producer, net of your venue's agreed percentage, ready for settlement.

How do bar takings show up in reports?

Bar income is added to each performance automatically, and the Bar & merchandise report breaks sales down by item and night.
