Building a seating plan

Describe your room to the AI or build rows yourself.

Where: Programming → Seating plans

A seating plan is a map of every seat, with a price band per seat.

How it flows
  1. 1Describe room
  2. 2AI draws blocks
  3. 3Assign price bands
  4. 4Publish
  5. 5Attach to performances

Step by step

  1. 1

    New plan

Press New plan and name it after the layout (e.g. 'End-on 160').

  2. 2

    Let the AI draft it

Type something like '160 seats, 8 rows, centre aisle, wheelchair spaces in row A'. Rows are laid out neatly and stay editable.

  3. 3

    Price bands

Select seats and assign VIP, Premium or Standard (or your own bands).

  4. 4

    Publish

Publishing locks the seats so existing bookings never move. To change it later, make a new version.
