Scanning tickets on a phone

Any phone becomes the door scanner.

Where: Venue & System → Scanner

Tickets arrive as a PDF with a QR code per seat. The scanner works in any phone browser — no app to install.

How it flows

Step by step

  1. 1

    Share the link

    Open Scanner, copy the scanner link and send it to door staff.

    Sign in

    Staff open it on their phone and sign in with their staff login.

    Pick the performance

    Choose tonight's show.

    Scan

    Point the camera at the QR code. Green = welcome in, red = already used or wrong show.

    Whole party

    If one person arrives first, the scanner asks whether to admit the whole booking. Scanning the booking reference admits everyone.
